Lesa Mayhew

Lesa Mayhew joined the team at America 2000, Inc. as Property Manager in mid 2004. She brought with her, 20 years of property management and leasing experience with firms such as Griffis/Blessing, Frederick Ross, and Vintage Communities. Lesa has managed a broad range of real estate from apartments to class A office buildings located as far south as Pueblo and as far north as the Denver Tech Center. She currently manages three office buildings, two shopping centers, eleven industrial complexes, and two HOA’s. Her team of four is constantly striving to improve customer service quality, response and effectiveness, as well as improving the operation, appearance and value of the buildings owned and managed by America 2000.

Lesa set on the board of Partners In Housing (a non-profit low income housing organization) for six years and on their property committee for three. She stays active in the I.R.E.M. trade organization and has taken several courses toward
obtaining her C.P.M. and C.C.I.M. designations.

Lesa has been married for 21 years and has three children and one grandchild. She and her family have lived in Colorado Springs for 23 years. She enjoys camping, skiing, singing, and writing.
