Weldon Shaver

Weldon Shaver joined America 2000 in January of 2008. He has been a licensed real estate broker for seven years and brings a strong sales and marketing background to the company. Weldon is a native of Colorado Springs and has deep roots in the community. His responsibilities include sales and leasing of commercial properties, developing and implementing marketing plans, market research and analysis, presentation of America 2000’s inventory, and business development. He is currently working towards his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation which will enhance his ability to help clients identify opportunities in the marketplace and maximize their returns.
