Listings - America 2000 will list pertinent information about the property with the Pikes Peak Commercial Information Exchange (www.PPCIE.com), CCIMNet, and LoopNet, internet data banks for local and national marketing
Showings - America 2000 shall show the property to potential tenants and preview the property with other brokers and agents
Lease Applications - America 2000 will accept leasing applications and evaluate any proposed leases on behalf of the property owner
Lease Negotiations- America 2000 will complete new leases and lease renewals
