Estate Management and Brokerage in El Paso County and the city of
Colorado Springs, Colorado, for over 25 years.
Jim Martin is currently involved
in Commercial Brokerage and Marketing for America 2000, Inc. He
sells and leases several thousand square feet of investment property
each year. Additionally, he has managed nearly 600,000 square feet
of property in the Colorado Springs Area for a variety of owners
with different investment objectives.

their cooperation
• Listings - America 2000 will list pertinent
information about the property with the Pikes Peak Commercial Information
Exchange (www.PPCIE.com), CCIMNet, and LoopNet, internet data banks
for local and national marketing
• Showings - America 2000 shall show the property to potential tenants and preview the property with other brokers and agents
• Lease Applications - America 2000 will accept leasing applications and evaluate any proposed leases on behalf of the property owner
• Lease Negotiations- America 2000 will complete new leases and lease renewals
