James M. Martin

Jim was born and raised in Colorado Springs. He was recently married to Monet on September 22, 2001. Together they are heavily involved in the community. Jim has spent the last 10 years working in Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management.

BROKERAGE - Jim currently is involved in Commercial Brokerage and Marketing for America 2000, Inc. He sells and leases several thousand square feet of investment property each year. He has several investment properties himself and finds that his mission is to guide people to becoming financially free. He practices what he preaches.

MANAGEMENT - He has managed nearly 600,000 square feet of property in the Colorado Springs Area for a variety of owners with different investment objectives. He is currently a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member, and Certified Property Manager Designations.

COMMUNITY - For the Last 12 years he has been a volunteer leader with Young Life at Cheyenne Mountain High School. He is also a member, past president, and District Membership Chairman for the Colorado Springs Downtown Lions Club. He is well adapted for the Lions Motto “We Serve”.
